Yoga, fitness and life coaching to take you to the next level.  All of Stacey's fitness classes are designed to accommodate beginners and more advanced students. She teaches a Hatha/Vinyasa style yoga with emphasis on proper breathing and body alignment, which helps client to become more aware of their bodies and helps them achieve a stronger body and better flexibility.  Satori fitness includes exercises and techniques that reduce stress and restore energy.  It is a practice that connects you with your personal power and inner wisdom.  Kickboxing is a fun and energetic class that gives you a great cardio work out.  Kickboxing helps to release tension, which reduces stress and teaches techniques to help build self confidence.

Stacey is the Yoga and Fitness Director at The Four Elements.  She was a competitive gymnast with the Boulder Flyers and spent most of her time at the gym or riding her horse.  After getting married Stacey moved to Evergreen and was fortunate to be able to stay a home with her five children.  During that time she began to study yoga and fell in love with the practice.  After being a student of yoga for five years she began to teach and was certified by Yoga Alliance in 2010.  She also has certifications as an Ace Personal Trainer and as a Holistic Health Practitioner.  Her goal is to combine these modalities to create fun, safe and inspiring programs for her clients.  Stacey is in the process of completing her certification as a Satori Lifestyle Coach and Satori Fitness Instructor.
